Bitcoin is approaching an interesting point in its Daily Cycle.
At Day 30, Bitcoin has entered the timing window for a Daily Cycle Low. Price has found support near its rising 50-day MA, while the Daily TSI is beginning to bottom.
These developments raise the possibility that Bitcoin is approaching its next DCL.
But that low has not yet been confirmed.

Three Approaches to the Same Opportunity
Cycle studies help identify where a potential turning point may be developing. But investors have different tolerances for uncertainty.
An aggressive investor might consider establishing a small position near the potential DCL, accepting the risk that Bitcoin could make another low.
A moderate investor might wait for a Daily swing low before considering an entry.
A conservative investor might require both a Daily swing low and a close above the 10-day MA, allowing price to provide stronger confirmation before committing capital.
Each approach involves a different balance between opportunity and uncertainty.
Scaling Into a Position
These three approaches can also become stages of a single position-building strategy.
An investor might establish a small initial position as Bitcoin approaches its DCL timing band, add following a Daily swing low, and increase exposure further once price closes above the 10-day MA.
Under this approach, capital commitment increases as the evidence improves.
However, scaling into a position should not become averaging down into a failing cycle interpretation. Additional commitments should be supported by improving price behavior—not simply lower prices.
And investors who prefer stronger confirmation may reasonably skip the early stages entirely.
The Takeaway
Cycle studies identify where an opportunity may be developing. Risk tolerance determines how much uncertainty an investor is willing to accept.
Anticipation may justify an initial commitment, but additional capital must be earned through improving price confirmation.
Bitcoin’s developing Daily Cycle provides a timely illustration of how these principles can work together.
The cycle framework tells us where to look. The subsequent price behavior tells us whether the interpretation deserves our confidence.
