The S&P is on the verge of breaking out to a new all time high.

The Dow and the Q’s have already broken out to new highs. Stock are overbought and are overdue for a correction.   In my special report:  The Bullish And Bearish Case For Stocks we will take a look at the current status of stocks.  We will discuss what signals that I am looking for that will signal a bullish breakout or a bearish surprise.  In the report we will discuss how the “Joker in the Deck” factors into each scenario.
