The dollar has formed a swing high in the overnight.
Tuesday is day 15 for the dollar.
The timing band for a low is from 18 – 25 days, so the dollar should find its low in the next 3 to 10 days.
This did not go unnoticed by gold.
Gold was up on Monday, potentially sniffing out the dollar being ready to form a swing high.
Gold has started the day higher.
In order for this daily cycle to from as right translated, gold will need to break above 1625.
To establish a new pattern of higher highs, gold will need to break above the previous daily cycle high of 1640.
So far this morning, this has been a good stop in the right direction …
