Stocks are relatively quiet this morning, with S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures slightly lower following Friday’s advance. Gold is modestly higher, while Oil is under pressure. Bitcoin is also modestly higher.
The Dollar is the most interesting development. As discussed in the Weekend Report, the Dollar is pressing into an important resistance area. That keeps the developing Dollar setup front and center, but there is still no evidence that the turn has begun.
Nothing in this morning’s action materially changes what we are following. Bonds still need a close above the 10-day MA, while Gold and the Miners continue to search for their respective DCL signals. For the Dollar, the question remains whether resistance produces the Daily swing high that would provide the first evidence of a potential larger-cycle turn.
