On Thursday we discussed the possibility of gold forming an early DCL. Well — gold formed a swing low on Monday.
Gold printed its lowest point on day 16, which is early to expect a DCL to form. However, gold also broke below the 50% fib level on Thursday. Gold currently in a daily uptrend. Forming a swing low above the lower daily cycle band and closing above the 10 day MA indicates a continuation of its daily uptrend and signals a cycle band buy signal — so we would then label day 16 as an early DCL.
