The Miners closed below the 50 day MA on Friday to continue its daily cycle decline. Friday was day 23, placing the Miners in the early part of its timing band for a DCL.
The Miners did not to deliver bearish follow through this week. Instead they rallied on Monday and Tuesday — easing the parameters for forming a swing low. A swing low and a recovery of the 50 day MA would signal the new daily cycle. A break above 37.43 will form a swing low. The Miners are currently in a daily downtrend. The Miners will remain in their daily downtrend unless they close above the upper daily cycle band.
