Things appear to be lining up for NATGAS.
NATGAS prints a 3 year low approximately every 34.8 months. December is month 44 which places NATGAS late in its timing band to print a 3 year cycle low. Since NATGAS printed a lower monthly low in December, the earliest it can form a monthly swing low will be in January.
NATGAS has already formed a weekly swing low this week.
Last week was week 33, which places NATGAS deep in its timing band to print an intermediate cycle low.
And NATGAS also formed a daily swing low …
Friday was day 35 which places NATGAS deep in its timing band to print a daily cycle low. The swing low formed today also broke above the decliing trend line which signals a new daily cycle.
So things are in alignment for NATGAS to not only print a daily cycle low, but an intermediate low and quite possibly a 3 year cycle low.
