The Miners broke below the 14 level en route to their failed 35 daily cycle low that printed on 11/18.

The Miners formed a swing low and closed above the lower daily cycle band on 11/19 to signal a new daily cycle. However they continued to be contained by the 14 level — until today.

Tuesday was day 8 for the daily Miner cycle. While gold has formed a swing low today, the Miners have been leading Gold by already confirming a new daily cycle. The Miners broke out to a new daily cycle high today. And with gold likely to confirm a new daily cycle soon means that the Miners should continue higher. New highs past day 8 will shift the odds of a right translated cycle formation. If a right translated cycle forms, that signals that this is not just a new daily cycle, but a new intermediate cycle and quite possibly the start of a new yearly cycle.
