The daily cycle for Brent failed and it looks like WTIC will fail.
A break below 42.58 forms a failed daily cycle and confirms the intermediate cycle decline. Today was day 11 for the daily oil cycle. Since oil’s daily cycle can run 30 to 50 days, a break below 42.58 could see oil trend lower for another 20 to 40 days.
