Recall how we discussed the possibility of the dollar bouncing off the 79 level?

Thats what unfolding in the early morning hours

So far a swing low has formed, but the dollar appears to be halted by the declining cycle trend line.

If the dollar reverses here, then that will “set” the declining cycle trend line.

A break above here will likely mean a new daily cycle has commenced and that will pressure the other asset classes.
