
The dollar closed below the 50 day MA on Monday and has since been consolidating below the 50 day MA. The dollar ended the week closing below the 10 day MA to signal the daily cycle decline. The peak on day 12 indicates a left translated daily cycle formation. The dollar should turn the 10 day MA lower as it seeks out its DCL The dollar is currently in a daily uptrend. But a close below the lower daily cycle band will end its daily uptrend and begin a daily downtrend.

Stocks formed a swing low on the previous Friday, closing back above the 10 day MA.
Stocks delivered bullish follow through this week. Stocks broke above the day 15 high on Wednesday, then continue higher into Friday. The new high on day 23 locks in a right translated daily cycle formation. Stocks are currently in a daily uptrend. Stocks will remain in their daily uptrend unless they close below the lower daily cycle band.
