Bitcoin had been consolidating in-between the 10 day MA and the 50 day MA — until Thursday. Bitcoin closed above both the 50 day MA and the upper daily cycle band on Thursday. Closing above the upper daily cycle band ends its daily downtrend and begins a daily uptrend. Closing close above the upper daily cycle band also signals that the intermediate cycle low has been set — which I plan discuss further in the Weekend Updates.
