Declining 10 Day MA

The decline into the day 41 DCL caused the 10 day MA to drop sharply.

While stocks managed to close above the 10 day MA on Wednesday, they may need to consolidate in order to allow the 10 day MA time to flatten out before turn it higher. And then there will still be both the 200 day MA and the 50 day MA that will act as dynamic resistance that stocks will need to work through before a trending move can be established.  Stocks are currently in a daily downtrend.   Stocks will remain in their daily downtrend unless they close above the upper daily cycle band.
