Stocks – Daily Cycle Update

Stocks closed back below the 10 day MA on Tuesday.

The status of the daily cycle is not clear. But closing back below the 10 day MA shifts the odds that Tuesday was day 30, placing stocks in their timing band for a DCL. Stocks should break below the day 25 low of 6029.89 and turn the 10 day MA lower in order to complete its daily cycle decline. A possible trigger event for the DCL will be Wednesday’s FOMC meeting. Stocks are currently in a daily uptrend. They will remain in their daily uptrend unless they close below the lower daily cycle band.
