After backtesting the 10 day MA last week gold ran into resistance at the 2000 level.
Gold broke bullishly above the 2000 resistance level on Monday. Gold also broke above the October high on Monday, establishing a pattern of higher highs and higher lows. Gold is currently in a daily uptrend. Breaking bullishly above the 2000 resistance level indicates a continuation of its daily uptrend and signals a cycle band buy signal.
