The Miners formed a daily swing low on Tuesday.
The Miners printed their lowest point on Monday, day 36. That places them in their timing band for a DCL. Despite the dollar recovering the 200 day MA, the Miners formed a swing low on Tuesday to signal the new daily cycle. We will use a close above the 10 day MA to label day 36 as the DCL. The Miners are currently in a daily downtrend. There will remain in their daily downtrend until they can close back above their upper daily cycle band.
