The Miners formed a swing low on Friday, recovering the 200 day MA. The Miners delivered bullish follow through by forming a sign low and closing above the 10 day MA on Friday and then closing higher again on Monday.
Monday was day 3 for the new daily cycle. The Miners should turn the 10 day MA higher as it rallies out of the day 21 DCL. The Miners are currently in a daily downtrend. A close above the upper daily cycle band will end the daily downtrend and begin a new daily uptrend. The Miners will really need to beak above the declining 50 day MA in order to for a trending move to develop.
