The Miners formed a monthly swing high this week.

They are now in the process of breaking below the 50 month MA. June is month 9 for the yearly Miner cycle.  That places the Miners in its timing band for a yearly cycle decline. Forming a monthly swing high signals the yearly cycle decline. The Miners will need to break below the 10 month MA and turn it lower in order to complete its yearly cycle decline. The Miners are currently in a monthly downtrend. Forming a monthly swing high below the upper monthly cycle band indicates a continuation of the monthly downtrend and signals a monthly cycle band sell signal.
