Stocks formed a swing low on Monday.
Stocks became stretched above the 10 day MA on day 16. Stocks consolidated for a few days, which helped to allow the 10 day MA to catch up to price.
Stocks are currently in a daily uptrend. Forming a swing low above the upper daily cycle band indicates a continuation of the daily uptrend and signals a cycle band buy signal. Stops can now be raised to the Friday’s pivot.
