The Miners continue to rally out of their DCL.
The Miners broke above the declining trend line on Monday, further confirming that day 42 hosted the DCL. Now the Miners are running into resistance at the 200 day MA. The Miners will need to break above the 200 day MA in order for a trending move to develop.
