Gravitational Pull

Thursday’s bullish reversal followed by Friday’s swing low had set stocks up for Thursday to be a half cycle low. Then stocks broke lower on Monday.

Stocks broke lower on Monday to close below the 50 day MA and turn the 10 day MA lower. At 21 days, stocks appear to be feeling the gravitational pull of the pending DCL.

Stocks did recover some of Monday’s losses into the close. If stocks form a swing low and break above the declining trend line then day 22 would be labeled as a half cycle low. But any further bearish follow through will indicate the daily cycle decline.

Yes, 22. Which has been fixed. But based on the pre-market it seems that the gravitational pull of the pending DCL has won out.
