Cycle Trading

Stocks have been consolidating since closing above the 50 day MA.

Monday was day 21 for the daily equity cycle. Day 16 remains as the daily cycle high. Since this is a new intermediate cycle we are expecting this daily cycle to right translate. A break above the day 16 high of 2675.47 will form a higher high, assuring us of a right translated daily cycle formation. And breaking to a new high will allow us to construct the daily cycle trend line.
