Back on Monday stocks were coming off a week where it dropped over 7% and was down over 12% for the month.
I offered that despite those 2 data points that stocks were not beginning a prolonged bear market.
Well Stocks rallied on Wednesday.
The Dow was up over 1,000 points – which was 4.99% on the day.
The S&P almost 5.00 %
The Nasdaq gained over 5.84%
And the Russell – 4.96%
The Nasdaq & the Russell have completed swing lows. The Dow and the S&P still need to do so and will likely do so on Thursday. So it looks like stocks are on their way to forming their daily cycle low. But I believe that stocks are not only forming their daily cycle low, but also their intermediate, yearly and 4 year cycle low, which I detail in my Special Report, The Multi-Year Cycle Low.
In my special year-end report we will look at:
* The current multi-year equity cycle.
* The cycle translation and what the means going forward.
* Signals that the bottom is near.
