The bearish break on Monday signaled the daily cycle decline. Wednesday was day 18, placing the Miners in their (early) timing band for a daily cycle low.
A swing low formed today. Now a clear and convincing break above the declining trend line would confirm the new daily cycle. If a new daily cycle is confirmed, then that would mean that the Miners left behind a right translated daily cycle. Providing further confirmation that an intermediate cycle low was left behind on 11/18/15.
