Today the dollar broke bearishly out of the bear flag that has been developing. The dollar also broke below the day 9 low, forming a daily swing high and signaling the daily cycle decline.
The dollar also formed a weekly swing high today.
The dollar has formed a weekly swing high and delivered a weekly bearish TSI crossover to confirm the intermediate cycle decline. At week 15, the buck is 3 weeks shy of entering its timing band for its intermediate cycle low.
The dollar is approaching the convergence of the declining weekly trend line and the rising 50 week MA. Should the dollar fail to find support here, that would indicate that the dollar has begun its three year cycle decline
